We had a go at practicing different ways to move on our bottoms and how to hit the ball to keep it off the ground and give our team mates enough time to move. Some of us found it tricky to remember to stay on our bottoms but with practice we got much better! Then we played some games where we had to pass it so many times before trying to shoot over the net to score a point. We had a great time.
