Wear Something Yellow for World Mental Health Day
To mark World Mental Health Day on Friday 9th October, we would like to invite children to come to school wearing one item of yellow clothing alongside their non-uniform.
This could be something simple such as:
- Yellow socks
- A hairband or ribbon
- A wristband
- Any other yellow accessory
- The rest of your child's clothing can be non-uniform.
Please do not feel that you need to go out and buy anything special for this event. The aim is simply to help raise awareness of the importance of mental health and wellbeing in a fun and inclusive way.
We look forward to seeing lots of yellow around school on the day!
Thank you for your continued support.
